Do you think it will become evident to editors & publishers when a writer/artist has used AI? Will it become a job in of itself to spot when AI has been used in a submission?
I am fearful that creators, like me, who don't use AI will be at a disadvantage to those who have no respect for the craft.

I have no clue. But it's interesting to consider...
As for film, I think it will always exist. Look at painting, it's been around hundreds of years and is still going strong. So I think film will last. It'll probably be viewed in different ways.
