If we didn't continue to raise workers consciousness, to organise our fellow workers into and in trade unions, etc the working class would still be the working class, it would just be without the class consciousness and militant organisations needed to fight on behalf of the working class.

As members of the working class socialists/ Marxists such as ourselves, are in the workplaces, organising workers building trade unions to fight for better pay and conditions, and building a revolutionary party to overthrow the system which continues to exploit and oppress us.
