I'm Bassia and I've been a digital artist since 2016! I formerly went under the alias Nightsabra, but I wanted to start fresh.

I prefer to draw fantasy races and love hearing their stories! I find myself leaning towards WoW and DnD oriented stories! 🤗

omg I dont have a perfect 1:1 but this one quoting its wip is close! I was doing a painting and then IDK it just wasn't working out. I started from scratch and did my normal process and it's working out much nicer!

I skip sketching sometimes & go straight to lines since I also work FT + OT

since i use 3D models as a reference for my art, my sketches tend to be relatively clean and i often use them as lineart, so i had to find more messy examples to provide a better comparison! ; w ; 💗

Sketch vs final!! I'm so proud of this piece- gradient maps make me happy lol!

My sketch process is pretty much going from basic shapes into lines haha, then I add some additional details to distinguish shadows and levels! That's when it really comes together 💕

Social battery. Ironically, this is what caused me to not be around! A lot has been happening and I haven't had much capacity. I flew to Florida on my last days off to see my dying grandmother and now my partner is losing her uncle. 😭 Ntm the state of the world.
