8 years ago today, I had no idea that I'd get an "I love you" text from my Mom for the last time, or that I'd miss it because my phone was turned down during a movie, or that I wouldn't see it until the next day hours after receiving the call that she was gone.

Tried to get some shots of my green while enjoying this nice afternoon as my corned beef simmers & Twix wasn't having it! Chipsie's a good one though, letting me have my photo opp 🥹

REMEMBER: once a preemie, always a preemie. These stages of development matter.
My middl'n is the only one who made it to 36 weeks (he was actually 37 on the dot), still ended up with asthma & underdeveloped physically - still catching up.
The rest were stereotypical preemies - they WERE preemies.
