I have referred to the building, on formal reference, as "...Memorial Center..." for years... but had never seen a picture of the sign... which agrees with me, but disagrees with *all print references* to the name, including those in the relevant federal law.

I ended up buying and identical ASC 100, also used, from an eBay seller who only ever opened the box to look at it, for 30 bucks.
