As we celebrate Black History Month, we wish to pay tribute to some of our own local heroes. Linda Joyce, the former executive director of the Bremerton YWCA, was known for her innate commitment of honoring the truth and sharing it with love. Linda had a smile and a laugh that brought joy to Kitsap.
