Since my gluten-free spouse was out tonight, I had this very dinner tonight with kiddos. Improvements were pork belly, shrimp, mushrooms & bok choy from Trader Joe’s and eggs, daikon, scallions, and seaweed we already had. 🔥 🔥 🔥

Pro tip. Buy Tonkatsu Ramen from Costco. Buy “improvements,” e.g. frozen corn, cooked shrimp, mushrooms, seaweed, bean sprouts, whatever y’all like. Heat up ramen per instructions. Add improvements. Costco tempura shrimp are a banger side. My son said it was one of his best meals ever at home. 😂
