Stage 3 Bladder Cancer sorted, 2 titanium hips sorted. Chicago Bears and Everton fan - never to be sorted.

Homer Simpson had it right when he said Beer was the cause and solution to all of life's problems, cheers!
I'm watching the first series of #TheWhiteLotus, and I really don't care which one of them is in the coffin.

Which is, I guess, the point.

French steamrolling Ireland 2nd half. Still can't see how we managed to get that late win against them.

What's more of a shock is that Madeley gave the penalty in the first place.

He came more into the game after Lindstrøm left, and Utd started to push on.

Certainty gave them every 50/50 decision, including not booking Maguire for the pullback on Beto on the halfway line.

@northernmonk.bsky.social "Dubwhy", a fantastic 6% Nitro stout.

Poured great, tasted even better! One to add to the 'would have again' list!

Fancied a stout, so Emperor's Brewing "Executor" it is, a coffee & coconut 12.6% stout at that.

Besides, it gives me a chance to use my new glass and bar runner from the same wonderful brewery via their Etsy site!

That's one smooth stout!

Couple of beers whilst watching one of, if not the best, Star Wars films, Rogue One.

The whole film based on a single line from the original trilogy.

Alan Tudyk's K-2SO imperial droid steals the show BTW.

Anyway 2 hazy beers, one from Apex Brewing and the other from Nothing Bound Brew Co.

First beer in a few days, courtesy of my local bottleshop, an imported American IPA, from the brilliant Baa Baa Brewhouse.

As dank as it is hoppy and every bit of the 7.2%

Tonights #FantasyFootball opposition made 3 changes due to byes, brought in Caleb Williams (36.30), Buccs D (12.00) and KC's kicker (12.00).

Then he also had McLaurin (21.20), who was on 5pts until a late 86yd TD catch.

Meanwhile for me, Mixon ran 14 times for 22yds.

8-3 becomes 8-4.

Lot more positives from today's #Bears game, but the Bears wouldn't be the Bears without finding new ways to lose.
