For the last 20+ years there has been a hole in my heart the size and shape of Atomoton's mech anime themed action figure CCG skirmish game Z-G and I am thoroughly vexed that nobody has tried crowdfunding a spiritual successor.

I feel like it being the part of the existing order is the essence of cosmic horror, i.e. the cosmic machine you think you're part of has a horrific cog in it that once you're exposed to its existence it upends your entire understanding of the world and your place in it.
