Why did they do a white out game, then wear blue jerseys? At first glance I assumed they were in Oregon. Can Penn State not wear white at home? (I don't know if there's rules for such things in college ball, I watch little of it ... obviously)

Is there a way for me to have my feed pickup where I left off when I open the app? Right now it jumps to the most recent posts, but I want to scroll through the posts I missed from oldest to newest. It's the one thing my Other Place app does that I really like.
