But the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments are clear: no person shall be “deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law.” It doesn’t say “citizen.” It says “person.” The Constitution doesn’t get to be optional.

Haven't seen this in a while. Wonder if these guys are feeling the tarrifs/ cuts? Maybe they lost their jobs?
