Would anyone listen to a podcast about living with depression, sharing empathy, finding purpose, & highlighting pathways to happiness while facing the true horrors going on in our world? Happiness through horror is possible; the horrors aren’t stopping anytime soon, so being happy is our rebellion.

What's a project we still need to finish?

Over 5 years, from divorce into a new relationship and a move 100 miles away from everything I knew, I wrote the first "volume" of The Bastard Generation, an atypical post-apocalypse story which already has a podcast spin-off (on long hiatus).

What are we writing?

Genevieve moved 100 miles from home, alone, for a job; now she's happily married, beloved by everyone in her store, and pregnant with her second child. What could go wrong? Oh, only the desolation of her chosen hometown and the loss of the family she made there.
