Yesterday I focused on figuring out my next steps towards the life I want
I used to get lonely on Thanksgiving- envious of other families. Now I don't. I focus on what I have. And I don't celebrate a holiday that's based on genocide for this land I reject social norms #beacausenowican #truefreedom

I remember what it's like to be with someone who will terrorize to get and maintain control. It's very familiar, kinda like denying access to food for the disabled, elderly, children- those lower on the hierarchy to get or maintain control. Monsters do that and place the blame elsewhere-gaslighting
