Ken, I really respect a lot of what you’ve done re housing and transit, so I hope you are able to take a step back and see that this comes across as excusing some incredibly pernicious Islamophobia

I think I may have seen (part?) of this happen about a week ago? I saw the new guy picking up mail out of the street and like staring into the storm drain and was like whelp! That doesn’t seem good

Elder care is a lot, solidarity! As a side note, I’ve been radicalized that everyone needs an advance directive not just elders. No one should have to fight with their family over what to do for someone in a coma (I say unfortunately from experience)

I did a few months ago! Call ahead and agree on a time to show up is key. And yeah, no phone. I think the lockers take quarters, I ended up just leaving mine in my car.
