You were right! Alas... with 'The Five Doctors' I charitably guessed keeping the ribbon was just lazy page layout. But given those Two Doctors covers, the publisher surely made an intentional choice to put product maked 'second edition' on shelves. So yeah, actual evil in print 😊

It's absolutely a 'Revenge of the Cybermen'-style head in 'Dalek'. I think they made a great choice, I love all the little gun barrels and other shapes. I saw one in a museum myself in 2001. Great listen, Daniel's ability to quote 'Dalek' is wild!
