Great if Smith show up in person (negates claim of contempt for defying subpoena) & just say he will gladly answer any & all questions fully & truthfully in a public forum but refuses to do so in a closed session

House probably won’t make a contempt referral and DOJ would lose any resultant case
December 3, 2025 at 11:15 PM
Prediction of what will be said by Smith behind closed doors:

“I hearby invoke my 5th Amendment right to remain silent”

Trump and his endless claims of hoax.

Now, here are 4 real hoaxes:

Comey lying & obstructing Congress

Leticia James committing mortgage fraud

Senators & reps doing anything other than speaking tha absolute truth about possible crimes & war crimes.

Habba & Halligan as US Attorneys (even acting)

OK, lets see what health insurer premiums would be for a catastrophic plan covering 50% of costs from $25K to $75 then 100% of costs after patient has absorbed $50K

But include ACA mandates for no exclusions of exist conditions, at least 80% is paid out for benefits, & no annual/lifetime caps

Where does Trump find these idiots?

The tightrope act is how much of Russia could the EU & non-US NATO forces capture & devastate before Russia resorts to nukes.
December 3, 2025 at 1:10 PM
EU GDP, $19.4 Trillion

UK GDP, $4 Trillion

Russia GDP, $2.5 Trillion

We know EU & UK do NOT want to spend huge amounts on military but can if they need to.
December 3, 2025 at 1:07 PM
Russia’s land forces are severely depleted & proven to be ineffective. Even without the US, unless nuclear weapons are used, NATO could have Moscow under siege in a month or two. Kerch bridge gone in the first week & Black Sea fleet destroyed

Every tanker shipping Russian oil sunk in Russian ports
December 3, 2025 at 1:00 PM
Superb point!
December 3, 2025 at 4:11 AM
When the GOP has the presidency, the Federal budget deficit doesn’t get mentioned.

FY2025 deficit was $1.8 Trillion, 3-4 times what it was in Obama’s final 2 years.
December 3, 2025 at 4:07 AM
It absolutely WOULD be massive.

Tariff revenues able to replace about 20% of what income taxes raise.
December 3, 2025 at 3:57 AM
“Fog of war” ? Total bulls***!

This was a standoff weapon attack against a single unarmed/lightly armed vessel. There were NO Venezuelan military or even unidentified forces rapidly inbound. US forces had hours to do surveillance & damage assessment.
The fog was a slight haze, easy to dissipate
December 2, 2025 at 11:57 PM
And so far, it is blatantly obvious that 7 out of 10 of all people arrested are not even criminals, never mind murderers, rapists, and violent criminala.

Tiny sliver of evidence raising doubt about Biden’s pardons was use of Autopen. There has been no evidence of any kind brought out that anyone used the Autopen CONTRARY to Biden’s intent. None, no evidence

Trump has clearly displayed he does not know why he issued pardons even if he knows identity
December 2, 2025 at 11:32 PM
Once again, the Constitution neither mandates that a pardon/commutation be written nor signed.

So, with pardons having been publicly disclosed (allowing Biden to know the exist & dispute their validity) substantial evidence must be produced proving they were actually contrary to Biden’s intent.
December 2, 2025 at 11:26 PM
Injured people, even combatants, in the water after vessel has been sunk are not a threat justifying “self defense” claim. Almost this exact same scenario led to the execution of German U Boat captain Heinz-Wilhelm Eck.
December 1, 2025 at 7:58 PM
Trial courts & appeals courts, with the notable exceptions of the 5th Circuit & Aileen Cannon, see respecting precedent & case law as a bedrock part of their mission.

Supr Court on the other hand is the only entity empowered to create new law out of thin air. They aren’t supposed to but they do.
December 1, 2025 at 7:52 PM
Next stop SCOTUS.

My guess, they will uphold 120 day limit but strike down the JUDGES selecting the successor. Maybe allow judges to reject or accept the candidate put forward by POTUS.
December 1, 2025 at 7:45 PM
99% probability this is true, 100% chance Patel will deny it, 85% chance Patel will polygraph people to find out who leaked it
December 1, 2025 at 7:38 PM
If Trump tries to extend this to LAWS, he needs to be taught that a bill presented to the President becomes law after 10 days, signature or no signature, unless it is vetoed by the President.

So a “phony” Autopen signature is simply equivalent to no
signature.
December 1, 2025 at 12:19 PM
Machado can take but can’t hold power unless as a US puppet protected by US military.

Force Maduro out and he and his supporters will attack & subvert the replacement Govt. Easy to disrupt with chaos. See Taliban & Kabul Govt, see also Iraq govt & Shiites. Trump somehow thinks he has solved this?
December 1, 2025 at 5:24 AM
Trying to hide behind the “risk” to the armed forces personnel striking small boats, with at worst small arms, using drones & standoff weapons. So far, the US military is at absolutely zero risk from the strikes on these boats
November 30, 2025 at 11:27 PM
Excellent point!
November 30, 2025 at 11:17 PM
If you aren’t naturalized, in the military, or a Federal employee, when does anyone take a binding oath to America?

How about Musk violating his oath about honesty on his application for naturalization about never having violated terms of his visa (by earning money by working)?
November 30, 2025 at 11:16 PM
The ultimate measure of NATO success was in DETERRING Russian aggression.

With Russia’s land army depleted & exposed as ineffective, without threats of Russia using nuclear weapons, NATO even without US participation could lay siege to Moscow in a couple of months (while Ukraine takes back Crimea)
