I am very happy to hear that, but why does the UCP keep getting elected? The unity of Canada is a fundamental question that political parties are based on. So how can the United Conservatives Pary stay together while having different views on a united Canada.

The UCP last night passed a motion to defund 3rd trimester abortions. Ones after 20 wk are cause medically necessary. So if passed into law in Alberta, if a woman’s life is endangered by a 3rd trimester pregnancy, & she can’t afford what they charge, she’d have to travel to another province or die.

What bothers me, Alberta's non-seperatist conservatives don't stand up for Canada and walk out. They are more scared of the NDP than breaking away from Canada... sad
