A #TTRPG where the GM earns rewards for running sessions, which they can use on their characters next time they’re a player. Would encourage everyone at the table to run games and could get forever GMs to sit back and relax as players.

Something I wish more #ttrpg players would understand about the perpetual problem of not learning the player-facing rules, is that learning them is the single most powerful tool there is for exercising player agency. When you refuse to bother learning the rules, you also reject your agency.🧵

It also takes some of stress out of making it all up yourself. I tend to start with established worlds and add my own ideas and twists in as I go, or let my players add their ideas.

Triangle Agency might be most well designed game I have ever played. So many little things in it. The book lies to you. Great stuff.

Draw Steel is amazing if you like that genre of heroic tactical fantasy. Been having a blast since the playtest. Built from the ground up fulfill that fantasy.

I have two weekly games. One for Draw Steel and one for let’s try something new. We just came off Triangle Agency. I’d love to do more but time zones and schedules and work/life balance won’t let me.

We turned our weekly Spectaculars game into a weekly "working through the big pile of unplayed games" game. And I even make them run games for me lol But we always talk about picking up Spectaculars again. Can't wait for Neon City Outlaws.
