Skipping breakfast is not fasting. The less you eat for breakfast, the worse it is for your heart. HBF – high-energy breakfast (over 20% of daily calories, often 35%+),
LBF – low-energy breakfast (5–20% of daily calories),
SBF – skipping breakfast (5% or less of daily calories).

Modern dictatorships have ironclad control over social media—either directly or through swarms of bots. This will inevitably drag every democracy into collapse in the coming years. Survival without an information quarantine is impossible, as people waste 5–6 hours a day glued to their phones.

The only reasonable strategy, when there is a beast at your border, is to cut off its paws the moment it makes a move. If a plane enters your territory even for a second — shoot it down! If drones are flying — bring them down before they cross the border!

Memento mori.
Of all footprints,
the elephant’s is supreme;
of all contemplations
the meditation on death is supreme.

Reminder: Belarus and Belarusian. Similarity doesn't mean the same thing. For example, Rome is not the same as modern Romania or the Romani people (Gypsies) and Rus has almost nothing common with modern Russia. #belarus #belarusian

The secret of health is simple: food for the stomach should be simple, and food for the brain should be complex. Don't get confused!

Oral health. In addition to oral hygiene, use probiotic supplements for the mouth (for adults and children). They reduce the risk not only of cavities but also of unpleasant breath and respiratory infections. The combination of Streptococcus salivarius K12 and M18 is particularly beneficial.

There is no purpose or intention in biology, only causes. Don’t trust explanations—they are often mere rationalizations for self-deception. "Evolution has no foresight. It doesn’t plan for the future; it works with what it has, here and now." (Sean B. Carroll)

Expert's radius.
A skilled worker or excellent specialist has a subconscious motivational radius—productivity tends to increase within a three-meter radius around them (with an unmotivated worker, the opposite is true). Therefore, stay physically closer to those you want to emulate or learn from.

The secret of social charisma: be generous, willingly share with others, give them your full attention, and sincerely try to understand them—all without expecting anything in return or imposing expectations on how they should behave or respond.

Laugh at yourself.
When you are "inside" a situation and feel trapped in it, it is difficult to view yourself from the outside and find better ways to solve problems. Humor allows you to step outside the current paradigm and see the situation differently.

Mentor's mental model. When we think about what to do, our basic beliefs can limit or distort our ideas. To bypass this, you can engage your imagination and imagine the mental model of a specialist, author, or someone you respect in that field and think about what they would do.

Turn inwards. Often, when we're irritated with someone, it's helpful to remember when we behaved precisely the same way. Direct the energy of irritation towards yourself, promising not to act similarly, and be forgiving towards the other person—after all, you've behaved like that, too.
