But in the "jurisdiction thereof" clause that they are challenging, if it's found certain people don't qualify, wouldn't that also mean they can't be charged with a crime? I.e. foreign diplomats?

Hey Black people, this is ONE THOUSAND PERCENT going to be used to argue that teaching of the Civil Rights Movement or history of our struggles in any copacity is unconstitutional.
SCOTUS announces it will hear whether or not LGBTQ inclusive education is unconstitutional.
Not great for LGBTQ people, and could be disastrous to teaching that we have a history and have existed alongside everyone else for centuries.
