I'm working on a memoir in poetry, covering the 50s and 60s, both about me and the history happening during that time.
It's a lot of poems and I'm thinking of submitting some of them to magazines to get publishing credit.

I have been a lurker here and haven't posted before. I really like that there are not a bunch of political ads and comments about who people like or hate in politics. I am an independent and I believe voting is private and should be secret.

I do want everyone to go vote for your own best choice.

I am seeing leftists talking about resisting mass deportation, and the naïveté is excruciating.

When fascists have total control, blocking buses with your bodies won’t stop shit. That bus is licensed and ordered to run you over.

We do not have tools to stop a fully fascist federal US government.
