This is 100% their advice. The screenshot is from a 2017 booklet, but pasta and co have always been free.

@pierrenovellie.bsky.social just checked my pasta dosage, and I’m also a 3x’er! Could my disordered eating be down to a childhood of Slimming World, where potatoes, rice and pasta is “free”, but fruit blended in a smoothie is a “syn”!? Who could possibly say? But hey, guilt free pasta!!!

I’m sure you’ve been bombarded with this feedback ALL day, but is the Southeastern train with one door that Ian is referring to the High Speed train service? Not quite as fast as a Chinese maglev, but Ebbsfleet to St Pancras in 19 min ain’t too shabby!

I bet it would be better with sprinkles imported from the US with all the good chemicals. The sprinkles here are so drab, like yeah they’re nice, but could really do with the saturation being bumped up a bit (having done the edit, I’m actually annoyed they don’t look like this!!!)

My council uses the same green as Hackney for their (superior) logo!
I suppose it probably is better for councils to invest in collecting bins that designing logos, tbf. But some are incredibly naff

It’s actually just catsup, but I remember the guy that did this to my kitchen and he seemed like an old master decorator but now I know he was a tasteless fool. I don’t know what my mum was thinking as I’m certain she was the one that supplied the artex!

Whatever you do, don’t copy my mum did and decide that artex would be a BRILLIANT idea in a kitchen, because now it’s my responsibility and it bloody awful! The good thing I guess is given this is from the 00s I can be pretty sure there’s no asbestos… I hope
