They should do adaptive reuse. Google is in the middle of revamping the Thompson Center in Chicago. Dallas could do the same.
The curtain wall and rain screen is almost done on Google's #Chicago headquarters. Here's a look back at some of the laborers hanging glass and working on the Thompson Center's oculus late this summer. Been a blast documenting this project from all over the structure. Can't wait to share more.

He was extremely knowledgeable, and really helped guide a lot of us younger developers.

I think the ergonomics is a huge improvement when you go from a Rebel to a 5D. It feels so much easier to change settings. I think you’ll enjoy it.
