I keep getting ads for these stupid fucking glasses and I hate them so much. There's no bottom! They look as thin as a wine glass and there's no bottom at all! They're marketed at shatter resistant but I don't care! Too thin! I don't know why this annoys me so much.

I just watched this movie with Lucille Ball and George Sanders. They're perfectly cast and while there is some disbelief to be suspended with how quickly Lucy's character gets some wonderful zingers out as well as opportunities to show off how smart she is and not just bait to lure the killer out.

I agree the first thing is not happening. Water isn't being "destroyed", although there is plenty of data about how it impacts water usage and availability but let's move on. The second thing is very much happening so what is this comparison? Why even use the word synthetic when it alters real pics?

I love this headline too because it's still trying to be neutral "Uh, *we're* not saying it's bad... Twitter is saying it.". Such a silly line of attack that nevertheless eats up some news cycles because it's not news anymore, it's just agitprop.

I know this isn't necessarily common but it's almost a full fry up between two pieces of bread... It's fine I'm just keeping this handy next time the English get really upset about some Midwestern hot dish.

Had to look up the cover and boy it really looks like one of those telltale heart situations where Matt's guilt is making him see things that just aren't there. Regardless of the book's content, the cover isn't specific to Matt at all and I'm sure mentions other people.
