NEW PAPER: During three years, we selected Arabidosis plants with the same DNA sequence to be taller, amongst other things. We sequenced their DNA and methylations. We obtained bigger plants and observed changes in epigenetic frequencies. Quantifying the epigenetic response to selection: done!

Grente: killing wolves reduces livestock attacks in France, with much variability. Attack reduction is usually over short temporal (2-3 mo) and spatial (a few km) scales. Much stronger effects of multiple VS single removals. peercommunityjournal.org/articles/10....
