I like eating burritos and watching movies. Do you want to get burritos and watch a movie? [email protected] (You can also email me if you want to hire me I guess but I'll be more excited for burritos and movies).
I think if I've learned one thing after going to a whole bunch of concerts - if the singer has a mostly falsetto voice there's a very good chance the live show is gonna be disappointing.

I'm trying to watch 365 movies this year.

Today I'm watching Mc Hammer's "Please Don't Hurt'em Hammer". Its... something.

This is my favorite place to sit in all of Omaha.

Has any TV show ever done a "Time Jump" on the main story line where it stayed far into the future and not been inferior to the rest of the series?

We are entering the time of year for Freelance folks I like to consider as "Garbage time" because there's not a ton of work to do. It's really hard to not just sit and rot all day.

Gonna try my best to be productive this month and finally put some work into weird personal projects.

I don't know who thought this up, but They Live and Josie and the Pussycats is absolutely a fantastic Black Friday weekend double feature. 10/10 no notes.

Annual reminder that Thanksgiving is a garbage holiday. The Pilgrims were murderers and turkey is the least flavorful meat.

0/10.

So far this year I have taken 169k photos.

I wonder if I could get to 200k...

Okay I gotta admit, after spending several hundred dollars on a pair of really good headphones - Really good headphones DO make a pretty massive difference.

The audiophiles were right on the money with this one.

A few weeks ago I was talking politics with a local, highly straight, bartender.

All the sudden he said: “Well, I think a big part of the problem is that so many of the people who would’ve been our progressive leaders died of AIDS & can’t help us now.”

And I’ve thought about that every day since.

Saw a facebook ad today for the first time in a long time... like not an ad for Meta but a "plz use facebook" type ad.

Wonder what's killing the site more, bad political takes you can't escape, AI slop you can't escape or that the people you actually want to connect with don't use it anymore.

I had a Banh Mi sandwich for the first time yesterday.

Why did I not listen to people about how rad they are?

Also Banh Mi Shop in Bellevue rules. 10/10 no notes.

Unpopular opinion - I think LOTR would be better if it was just one movie.

Ewan McGregor needs to be in more musicals. He was too damn good in Mulin Rouge to not be singing in more things.

Despite never buying anything off Craigslist, I still check the craigslist photo/video for sale section every single day and have for the last decade.

Watched Freaky Friday for the first time last night, I don't know why I expected it to be bad, but I was surprised how decent it was.

I’m kinda surprised Pokémon hasn’t done some kind of miniature based war game.

Then again they’re basically printing money with the card game so why fix what isn’t broken.

I think Willem Dafoe could have played Hans Landa in Inglorious Basterds. It would have been different, but I think he would have done it justice.
