Genuinely curious. Why not? We don’t know one way or the other if a divestiture is in the works. Perhaps it is and he can attest to that.

Your shark mate, Mr. Wonderful seems to think he can buy it for as little as 20b without the algo. The only thing I could think of is to license the user created content, perhaps for AI training. Thoughts?

Additionally, there is an odd clause I’ve yet to see anyone mention that excludes apps from this law “whose primary purpose is to allow users to post product reviews, business reviews, or travel information and reviews.”

Yes and no. Only if the app has 20% or more ownership from a foreign adversary which currently includes China, Russia, and Iran. Additionally the president would need to deem the app a threat. www.congress.gov/bill/118th-c...
