The DPRK developed its own means to produce paper using fallen leaves. Instead of cutting down 17 fully grown trees to produce 1 ton of paper, their new process only needs 2-3 tons of leaves. And they are now working to set up production lines at regional paper mills to make leaf pulp 🍂
