The problem with the Student A part of that analogy is that it's still a student prone to untold levels of bullshitting ('hallucinations') and does not actually know anything. Like if it gets an answer right on the test it doesn't know that it's right. Only a human can determine the rightness.

High crime or misdemeanor? Seems impeachable. Or is this one of myriad norms we never thought would have to be guarded against being broken? Constitution needs a full rewrite at this point.
