Twapalwa Kangwa, a 23-year-old from Zambia, is an inspiring young woman studying media and journalism at the University of Zambia. She was diagnosed with a congenital heart condition known as Tetralogy of Fallot when she was just three years old, leading to multiple heart surgeries throughout her life. Most recently, she underwent significant surgery at AdventHealth in Florida. Her resilience and determination to overcome these ongoing health challenges are genuinely remarkable.
