Massiv Stockholm-Syndrom mit Path of Exile 2. So viel an diesem Spiel ist so unbeschreiblich nervtötend, bewusst überkompliziert, Items und Skills an sich werden zu kleinen Puzzles, alles will analysiert und erforscht werden. Und es stellt halt alles im Genre voll in den Schatten.

"Kill your darlings" really just means willingness to give up on ideas you really want to put in a story, but they simply won't work. Don't force them in, if it doesn't benefit the story in any way. There's too much weird advice going "no, spare your darlings" right now, which misses the point.

bsky "for you" feed has turned into the 10 or so most popular profiles just sharing the same takes on stuff happening in the US, the discover feed this week is mostly garbage profiles sharing what they claim to be AI "art". Infinitely better than Twitter, but oh-so dull and boring.

I've never been interested in Metroid. I don't own a Switch 2. Still, I'm getting increasingly annoyed at my recommendations being full of random YouTubers going on about how Metroid Prime 4 is the worst thing of all times because of some NPC, who is barely in there, anyway. Just ... shut up?

Ordered a laptop battery for a ton of money, and the seller did the worst possible thing for delivery: They chose Evri as a courier service. Parcel has gone AWOL, and all I get instead of "support" is a bunch of AI bots sending me in circles! Fuck this, I'm gonna charge it all back.

rogue one is bad folks. i have believed this since i saw it in theaters and no subsequent rewatch has changed my mind. basically a chop job until the final sequence, which is good (for star wars)
