Sorry to say that doesn't surprise me. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had!

I had exactly the same experience a couple of months ago. And then several more furious hours of chat over the following weeks, as my departure seemed not to affect their continued billing in any way.

I demand that the publishers put that on the cover for the next reprint
