Solar/battery would foster the energy resilience and independence of everyday NZ'ers. It would alleviate the existing energy grid. It is our hard-earned tax dollars they are spending - we deserve a fair slice of the cake and decisions that benefit more than a few.

Hmm - are judiciary not allowed to speak their minds? I need more context of why this was/is an offence? Was it non-factual? She is a woman - we know that doesn't go down too well with certain people - they seemed to be regularly called out for expressing views.
