I like the book I'm listening to and it's very seasonally appropriate (witchy) but I keep falling asleep to it because of pain and fatigue, and it's due back tomorrow. Will I finish? TBD.

Found a store brand cinnamon roll that has pretty clean ingredients and decided to treat myself since I don't have energy to bake.
They're not good.
I hate that new pain and fatigue levels have taken away hobbies like baking that brought me pleasure and distraction.

I just keep collecting pain. I think I have a pinched nerve in my right shoulder. My left was already messed up from a bad vaccine placement. Low back is fucked. Migraine has been flaring. And on and on and....

I’d like to trade in my entire torso. The lower back and weird flank/abdomen pain is off the charts this week and I have zero pain management for either. Just hugging heating pads and being miserable. Good times.

Because of pain and fatigue, I'm in bed most of the time. Decided to treat myself to new bedding. It arrived and is so flimsy and cheap feeling. I'm so mad. I have to return this junk. And I don't know where to look for warm, quality bedding I can afford.

Being nauseous, anxious, (yet hungry) while your pain is spiking, and having no meds that help any of it, is a special kind of hell on earth.

My pain is so bad. No one has answers or reasonable treatment ideas. It's not even migraine stuff at this point. I'm just not doing okay.

I rely so much on one person to survive and that one person refuses to have a real conversation about what happens when they can't help me anymore. They think there are just magical resources that both exist and that I can afford.
If their help disappeared tomorrow, I'd be fucked.

I have one grey hair dead center of my front/forehead hairline that I'd been plucking but decided to let it do it's thing.
It's thing is apparently growing out straight even though it's now several inches long. So fun. I'm a unicorn.

Had enough energy to do a little batch cooking to freeze for future meals (one thing). Probably because this was the first week in ~two months that I had no in person appointments and rested all week.
I think I've been in perma-PEM. Fatigue is still severe but I'll take the small improvement.
