I spent today working in my garden. Well, today is the 4th day in a row. I'm about 5% done with what I want to accomplish out there, but I've still done a lot!

So apparently because my #ADHD prescription is a controlled substance, I have to call the pharmacy and tell them I want it filled EVERY SINGLE MONTH, even if my doctor has just sent them the prescription. But! I have to call no more than 2 days ahead, because they can't fill it earlier than that.

Our place in Denver had a basement area I set up as my "yoga studio". I spent most mornings there stretching, meditating, and doing my PT exercises. Our new place doesn't have the luxury of that much space, so I'm using the living room instead. Thank goodness my partner doesn't mind the chaos!

I had a steroid injection in my SI joint yesterday, and the nerve pain as the medicine settled in kept me from sleeping last night. But that's okay, because Reecie and I are having snuggle time while I have breakfast and drink my coffee ❤️ she purrs SO LOUD!
