PAM BONDI PLEADS THE FIFTH.

Again and again and again and again and again. To avoid perjury.
cwebbonline.com
Does AG Pam Bondi think she’s auditioning for the VP slot in Trump’s unconstitutional third term?

Here’s the mashup from today’s shitshow you definitely didn’t ask for. But this important point: she’s reading off a script. Someone actually wrote this garbage and thought it was good to go.

From that commie-pinko Rand Paul: No debate. No vote. Just endless war. That’s what they’re pushing—again.

I took to the Senate floor to say not this time. The American people deserve a voice before we're dragged into another forever war.

"The U.S. should not be blowing up boats without even knowing who’s on them. There’s no due process in that — no names, no evidence, no oversight."... No shit, Rand Paul is right

At U.S. Supreme Court oral arguments Wednesday, the justices signaled they’re wary of making it significantly easier to challenge election laws, as a Republican member of Congress and his allies are urging them to do. www.democracydocket.com/news-alerts/...

Q: Have you given any more thought to possibly suspending habeas corpus?

TRUMP: Suspending who?

Q: Habeas corpus

TRUMP: I don't know. I'd rather leave that to Kristi.

I’m pretty sure if we designed an assisted living facility to look like the WH and put lots of gold all over it and a ballroom with his late 70s playlist on a loop we could coax him in there and he wouldn’t know the difference. bsky.app/profile/atru...

As a reminder, when Jack Posobiec was in the US Navy, they assessed his full capabilities and concluded that he was best suited to collecting samples for urinalysis

Incredible.

Jack Posobiec references the earliest version of antifa -- the anti-fascists in the Weimar Republic who were opposed to the Nazi Party -- as the bad guys.

Oh my god lol

He should stand on his Speedy Trial rights if the prosecution admits it didn't have its case together!

To be fair, that's what happened with Michael Sussmann.

Remember they had never asked Jim Baker for his comms. They had never checked how FBI viewed Sussmann. They had never checked who Rodney Joffe was.

Hey, you guys? Is it a good sign or a bad sign if the prosecution is just getting its hands around the evidence *after* it criminally charged the former FBI director?
annabower.bsky.social
At one point during the hearing, the judge asked the prosecution why the case can’t be tried before mid-December.

Lemons replied: We are “just getting our hands around” discovery in the case.

There’s lots of it, he added, and it includes a “significant” amount of classified information.

One of the reasons the Jack Smith investigations seemed to take forever is because Biden's DoJ *did* have their hands around the evidence before they indicted. And they'd have convicted, too, if it weren't for those pesky SCOTUS fellas. 1/

Got a recent Pulitzer for warning on the spread of autocracy around the globe, after decades of service to the paper? You can bet your butt you're getting laid off by form email, on Yom Kippur

The Post laid off seemingly the remaining of their liberal-leaning staff members on Opinion last Thursday, when some of them were observing Yom Kippur.

Holy crap, y’all. mRNA tech not only cures (some) cancer. It might cure (some) vision loss. What’s next? Weight loss? Gray hair? Abolishing reality TV?

Golden Age of Science right now. And some folks want to kill it stone dead.

GOOD NEWS! Researchers have developed a new mRNA vaccine that has been shown to suppress abnormal blood vessel growth in the retina, offering hope to MILLIONS of patients with age-related vision loss. The vaccine triggered strong antibody responses that REDUCED retinal damage by UP TO 85%.
