Why should we sit through the same lecture about how “not all criticism is hate” and essentially be told to “just ignore the bully” every time we remotely try to call out scummy treatment against us and the creators? They may as well admit they actually agree with the harassment.

The hatred of hellaverse in western countries comes from something called cringe or anti cringe culture. It's especially common for younger people. They dog pile on people for liking things that are deemed cringe because if they don't bully them then other toxic people might think they're cringe too

Nomatter what your opinion is on media, it’s important you make it yourself. I’ve stopped watching video essays because the bias on display dictates opinion. A lot of channels steal points they didn’t create themselves or follow negative opinion because it’s the accepted or better financial option.
