I've caught a few episodes on the TV of my work's break room. One of those retro stations that just airs old shows replays it sometimes.

The only people I was trying to insult were people who watch every episode of a season the day it releases, and if that's you I want to know what job you're working that allows you to spend your time that way and are there 8 billion open positions at it so everyone can do that?

The control you get with an all at once release is a choice between binge watching the whole season the night it releases or living your life actively avoiding anywhere where binge watchers might be discussing the show. Neither one sounds like much of a life to me.

Elon Musk will claim he's going to make robots, but then he'll also talk about how declining birthrates will cause a population crisis because there won't be young people to take care of the old, and it's like, hm, is there some reason those robots won't be available to do that?

Oh god I think mine was the movie "It's Pat!" My family would even use the term Pat to describe anyone with an ambiguous gender for years.

I'd say yes, but not in an insulting game. At my last birthday we had a gathering of people I knew from different things and we were able to get a game of Catan going because only two people there had never played it before.

I remember being so annoyed in 1999 when they changed the name of Quik to Nesquik. I was 10. I also had strong opinions about Pepsi cans changing from white to blue the year before that.
