Good Morning. Favs for breakfast is Bryan's (me) Besto with the Pesto Omelet. How can you go wrong? The pesto is made with basil, olive oil, skim milk, pine nuts, walnuts, whey protein & parmesan cheese. The sausage has the best taste I have come across yet & is all natural kinda like me. LOL
