KY Supreme Court nixes Lexington no-knock ban. What does that mean for Louisville?
The move raises questions about the future of Louisville's no-knock ordinance, which was enacted in the wake of the police killing of Breonna Taylor.

Louisville Metro stated it would take no position on the settlement and not oppose it at the PSC hearing. The agreement is at odds with Louisville’s stated goals of reaching 100% clean electricity for government operations by 2030 and clean energy community-wide by 2040. www.lpm.org/kentucky-coa...

I recommend watching this in its entirety if you care about Louisville or homelessness but I know attention spans are short nowadays so I’d draw your attention to the 28 minute mark where they visit Arthur Street Hotel (people we work in tandem with) and then at 32 minutes they are at Sheehan.

37 minutes filmed in Louisville and released for nationwide viewing today. It’s well worth everyone viewing, in part because it shows permanent supportive housing that works. We need much more of it. youtu.be/yZg14Ln3hGw?...
