Ryssland måste upp i 40 000 permanenta förluster i månaden för att överväga fred. Där någonstans brukar ukrainska bedömningar landa. Där är vi inte riktigt än. Hur som helst är det i den här riktningen fredsdiskussionen bör föras även i Ukrainas partnerländer. Sluta prata om fred, agera för fred.
