Blue Cross Blue Shield in Connecticut, New York and Missouri has declared it will no longer pay for anesthesia for the full length of some surgeries.
It the procedure goes over a certain time, anesthesia will not be covered for the duration.

Yep... 5lb bags are a pretty good deal, too.
Just be sure to thaw to room temp (still sealed) the night before opening, or you'll introduce moisture via condensation. (Risks mold + the flavor will be diminished.)
Can also just use frozen beans, but that messes w/ my espresso extraction temps. ☕

Since there's at least a decent chance coffee will become very expensive if the new administration gets its way, I've had good results with freezing whole-bean coffee using the vacuum sealer method. Local Craigslist/FB Market had lots of used vacuum sealers for peanuts.
