David Stearns is now the most hated man in NY. I should have known he was gonna gut this team - that's what he did in Milwaukee. Wouldn't pay to keep stars, or else trade them away. This will be the first year since I started watching baseball in 1985 that I won't watch a #Mets game. Fuck you David

I still can't believe they traded Nimmo. Guessing McNeill goes to left and Semien will take 2B. Is a trade of Baty/Mauricio/Acuna/Vientos inevitable? If they let Pete walk, I honestly don't know how much I'll watch in 2026. I'd rather lose with Pete & Brandon than win without them.
