Under Cotton's "rationale" execution of wounded soldiers on the battlefield would be fine- "hey, we had to finish him off- he was crawling back to his lines so he could stay in the fight". Ask him if that's his position- he knows better. These people are despicable

Man, I drove a couple of those- hand me down cars- loved the 12 mpg- 15 on the highway! But gas was about a buck.

What's funny (but it's not) is that in the coming decades there will be massive migration all over the world because of climate change. We may all be migrants at some point (where are all the Floridians going to go?). Now is the time to prepare for that and come up with solutions.

No he doesn't. He used it to explain why he couldn't have seen the survivors because of all the smoke- that's visibility, not "fog of war"- which I believe primarily addresses the basic problem on a battlefield of not being able to discern where the enemy forces are and where your forces are
