Nah, you're just not creative? When I was 15 I learned how to draw pixels with a mouse on my laptop, and now the only thing that changed is that I have a 20€ drawing tablet, so no fancy gadgets, so yeah, art isn't hard to learn if YOU ACTUALLY wanna do it.
