The Lafleur trade would be the number one on that list, when the Habs acquired the number 1 draft choice thanks to Mr. Pollock.

From the top of my memory, worst Habs trades:

Patrick Roy.
McDonagh thrown in the Gomez deal.
Sergachev for Drouin Trade.

Thank you Brian for doing what you are doing. I look forward to reading and hearing your thoughts and opinions on the Habs. Keep up the great work.

One of the best decisions Geoff Molson made for this club.

I guess Guilbeault, Erskine-Smith, and Freeland have morals. Too bad the rest of the party does not...... time will tell.

Some is on Monty... but when 4/5 goals come from the slot area, defensive coverage breakdowns are the issue.

Not a great effort by the Habs tonight

I have total faith in HuGo. They've made great decisions so far. They have a plan in place and seem to be sticking to it.... not sacrificing the future for short term pains.

Great Column Jack. The future for the Habs looks so bright. HuGo has transformed this club from always relying on their past history, how things were done in the past; into the 21st Century with revamping the draft and development departments. Those improvements are starting to bear fruit.

It's not Carrier's fault.... the team is putting him in the wrong chair; asking too much of him. He's a third pair D matching up best against third and fourth lines.

Not trade... just to get him out of there..... put Monty in.
November 29, 2025 at 9:25 PM
Think he's being asked too much of? He's not staying in his chair?

Hear, hear on that Brian. I cancelled my X account after that act.

Nope.... Suzuki over 65%.... all the other C's are under 45%.
