Ending week 2 of my Zepbound journey. I definitely notice the effects wearing off at the end of the week, but I’m staying strong. Clothes are fitting better. Sleeping well. I’ll post a new weight total tomorrow.

Continuing my Zepbound journey. Week 1 is in the books. Lost 6lbs (266 to 260). The first few days were a little gassy, but otherwise it was a smooth transition. I feel great physically. Mentally I feel less burdened. About to give myself the second injection. #zepbound.

I had the choice of going to therapy or paying out of pocket for Zepbound. I chose Zepbound, which probably is the strongest argument that I should have chosen therapy.
