Rauma Shipyard announced the keel laying of the third Pohjanmaa-class multi-purpose for the Finnish Navy. The shipyard also started the construction of the third corvette in the same ceremony. This means that all four corvettes are now under construction 🇫🇮

Some strategically significant government projects are particularly costly and complex. We call these mega-projects.

Drawing on our work, including on HS2, we set out some characteristics of mega-projects and how to manage challenges.
