Remember, when creating real choice in how to get around smart cities, “balance“ is often just code for the status quo only slightly better. When cars have a huge headstart, prioritize other choices until they catch up.

Remember, when creating real choice in how to get around smart cities, “balance“ is often just code for the status quo only slightly better. When cars have a huge headstart, prioritize other choices until they catch up.
