Technically, the Reagan-signed EMTALA law does require anyone to get life-saving care in emergency departments, which is the ethical and moral thing to do.

I have been trying to get this published as an op-ed, but I am going to post it here since I think it is timely in light of the "consent" extortion events.

Even the lousiest seats in the stadium at the Super Bowl go for thousands of dollars a pop. I'm sure that DHS will find all sorts of undocumented immigrants in the stands watching the game. Such a wise use of taxpayer dollars.

I had a doctor’s appointment down at #Portland’s south waterfront, and took some very boring video of the “war zone” by the 🧊facility.

One of the guys across the street is likely an LEO. Another is maybe media.

Yesterday I spoke with @velshi.com about why Portland isn't 'war ravaged' - it's a city on the rise.

We'd appreciate your comments! But note, most of the crappy research and its publication in predatory journals is not NIH-funded. We all know that NIH is imperfect, but I bet it's track record of output of good science exceeds non-NIH science.

In addition, the author of the older analysis discloses that he serves as an expert witness in litigation around Tylenol and pregnancy outcomes. Not a fatal disqualification but a pretty significant one.

BUT, the paper on which today’s report has been based does not include a recent large study from Sweden that reflects new data and better scientific methods.

As we await today’s “best news ever in medicine” report, please read this analysis from a couple weeks ago from one of my favorite medical substacks. Yes, there is some evidence to support a connect between Tylenol and autism.

A US senate subcommittee was told this unpublished vaccine study was 'the most important ever.' Henry Ford Health now confirms why it was never published: it failed scientific standards.

Here's what's actually wrong with the study:

This is a great op-ed that everyone should read, and I am sharing a gift link. I think the time of petty ideological bickering is past us. We need to set those differences aside and form a broad coalition... www.nytimes.com/2025/09/07/o...
